Color of wedding dress

Wedding dress plays a very important role in enhancing personality of both bride and groom. What do you suggest which color suits best for bride and groom?

I think ivory is a nice alternative to white. I have also seen some almost white dresses accented with a little color, such as in the embroidery, that look exquisite.

My wedding dress will be white and we are unsure as of today about what colors for the bridesmaids / guys vests etc. We originally had all this planned out but so many new ideas!
