If your wedding in winter season  and if you really want a different cake flavor, so light caramel flavor is good and suitable for wedding cake not stawberry and not chocolate.

I think you could have any flavor cake you want for your wedding. The caramel sounds delicious. Why not chocolate caramel or chocolate strawberry? I say live a little. :)

I like chocolate however I think I am just having white cake for my wedding.

Strawberry is also very good but there may be some that dislike that, probably more than chocolate.
