Tribal Weddings

I have watched a few shows on TV here and there that show tribal weddings. They really look like something else! They are really interesting.

I haven 't really thought about it, except that my experience in drum circles reminds me of such. What is a tribal wedding like? Do they play awesome drum music during them?
